Harvey McLean established his joinery
business in 1990, and has built the firm up to become one of the premier
custom-built joinery manufacturers in South West Scotland.
Superior craftsmanship, attention to detail and the
use of the finest materials at every stage combine to ensure that every
product that leaves the workshop
is of the highest quality. Harvey McLean is equally at home when dealing
with domestic or business projects.
The company recently moved to extensive premises in
5, Old Bridge Road, Ayr, setting up a new workshop and spacious showroom.
The workshop is
stocked by the UK’s leading timber supplier, ensuring that top quality timbers
are used in each project. All woods used are bought from suppliers who
are committed to responsible forest management and trade.
Timbers such as beech, maple, walnut, oak, ash, and
iroko as well as the more familiar red pine and mahogany are always available.
The latest investment is a state of the art paint shop with the latest spraying and extraction equipment, which allows goods to be delivered to site fully finished stained, lacquered and polished. Any stain can be colour matched to existing or proposed finishings .
Whether you require doors, windows, a staircase, a
custom-built kitchen, bedroom, media centre, home office/study or any
individual,
purpose-made
timber item, Harvey McLean’s craftsmen will meticulously transfer
your plans into reality.
