Our Facility
Located in Ayrshire, Scotland, our expansive 12,000 sq. ft. facility serves as the hub for our operations, housing our Manufacturing Workshop, Design Centre, and Head Office.
Within our cutting-edge design centre, we employ the latest drawing technology to meticulously plan and execute every project to perfection. Our focus on bespoke joinery means that each detail is precisely measured and accounted for, allowing our highly skilled team to fit and finish each project to the highest standards, with an emphasis on millimetre-perfect accuracy. Recognising the importance of staying at the forefront of our industry, we continually invest in our workshop, ensuring that we have the latest machinery and equipment available. This investment enables us to meet our clients' bespoke design needs with precision and efficiency, guaranteeing that we consistently produce high-quality, custom-made furniture that exceeds expectations. Environment
At Harvey McLean Custom Joinery, we are committed to sustainable practices and environmental responsibility.
We exclusively use timber sourced from sustainable and fully managed renewable resources, ensuring that our materials are environmentally friendly and ethically sourced. Additionally, we are dedicated to minimising waste and maximising efficiency in our workshop. We recycle almost all of our waste, utilising off-cuts as fuel for our commercial wood-burning heater. This system not only helps us reduce waste but also provides our workshop with all of its heating requirements, contributing to our eco-friendly approach. Furthermore, we have invested in a wood waste system that converts all of our wood shavings and sawdust into compacted briquettes. These briquettes are either sold to the public or used to heat our workshop, ensuring that even our waste is put to good use, further reducing our environmental impact. At Harvey McLean Custom Joinery, we are proud to prioritise sustainability and environmental stewardship in everything we do.
